8-09 fan is high in efficiency, low in noise, stable in performance curve, wide in scope, safe in operation and high in flux and small in structural size, the operation features have been improved. r is special fan for the cupola and is applicable to 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, T/h melting point cupola. Under the premise of assuring cupola ratio and molten iron quality, it has obvious energy-saving effect, lowers the noise, facilitate the installation, lowers the equipment cost and has convenient maintenance in contrast with Roots fan. 8-09 fan is able to be used as ventilator for different smelter and forging furnace beyond special blower for the cupola, meanwhile it is able to deliver the air and non-corrosive, hypergolic air without viscous matters, as well as transmission of materials.
8-09 fan belongs to single suction, clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, D-type drive, integrated structure, in contrast with other fan, this fan is composed of the sealing element and integrated foundation to prevent the leaks inside beyond impeller, shell, inlet and drive. The integrated foundation make the fan into one body and is able to be fixed onto the floor with foot screw or to be directly placed onto the ordinary cement floor with elastic shock absorber under the foundation, the fan and motor are unnecessary.
