The power originates from the vibration motor at both sides of lower barrels, the exciting force and vibration moment produced are transmitted to the sand blocks in the upper tube through lower tube so that they will collide and rub each other to complete the crushing and demoulding effect.
The sand enters into the spiral groove after being crushed, demoulded and screened by the plate grids on upper tube, and then is hoisted and finely sieved by grade one and two fine screen, after that, the sand flows out from the groove, the other matters on the screen are trayharged by dregs groove, then the used sand is crushed, demoulded and screened. This series of equipment is ideal crushing and regenerating equipment for resin sand production line.
