1. 2. Characteristics of structure: this machine adopts shaft type speed reducer drive which covers less space and can be conveniently repaired. Upper supporting roller adopts clamping type fixu Which can be conveniently installed. Furthermore, it can well regulate deflection of conveying belt; holdback is set for speed reducer with reliable performance to prevent back-slippign of the glusive belt; dumper has three types: pneumatically actuated, electric and manual; Course of direction-change roller of the rail has three types: 300, 500 and 800. users can choose in line with proportion of 1／100.

s97 Permanent magnet pulley can be selected as driving roller of this machine so that magnetic separation treatment can be carried out at the same time.
3. Principal Parts
（1）Driving part: this machine adopts triangle belt—double-grade drive for shaft speed reducer, speed reducer is installed on shaft head of driving roller; all driving devices are installed on the machine frame viahead sheave rack and motor rack.
（2）Roller: driving roller, direction-chage roller and surface-add roller.
（3）Supporting Roller: it has three types: flat supporting roller, groove type supporting roller and slanting preventing roller; dispersing materials can be reduced if groove type supporting roller is used.
（4）Dumper: it is divided into double sides, left side and right side, three driving styles: pneumatically actuated, electric and manual.
（5）Sweeper: caput sweeper is installed at lower part of driving roller, while vacant section sweeper is installed at the end, near the direction-chage roller.
