S42120 Roller Crushing& Screening Machine ![]() I Purpose of Machine This machine fits for cast iron used sand and different damp used sand, including high pressure moulding used sand so that performance of moulding sand and recycling rate can be improved. This machine has reliable structure, stable running, convenient maintenance and low noise. As it fits for crushing and screening different used sand, therefore the sand can be crushed in different periods and it has its advantages for integrated foundry workshop which produces different kinds of cast iron. As for used in the machine, large iron blocks should be removed with magnetic separation.

III Structure of Machine Used sand block will be put into the turning pore plate roller 13 through feeding mouth1 to be upraised and cast then go into the screen after being crushed, then it will be discharged via exit 14; agglomerated blocks will be cast to the right end by spiral impeller of roller 13 and then it will be discharged from scrap mouth 7 after being collected by wheel type impeller of grating 4. Planet-cycloid vibrating speed reducer 18 will work with resilient shaft coupling17, drive roll 10 and driving milling body15--roller 13.
IV Characteristic of Roller Crushing Screen ⒈Rotate speed is properly enhanced with good crushing effect. ⒉Cast rubber supporting roller is adopted, driving is stable and can lessen abrasion of channel for roller with long service life. ⒊Roller 15 is integrated casting after processing, axiality between the two ball tracks is high with good connection with supporting roller. Driving is stable and can lessen abrasion of cast rubber layer of supporting roller. ⒋Contrast between this machine and traditional rolling screen: adopt lower driving, the carrying ability is great, running is stable which settle the problem, such as great torsional moment of central drive, startup loading is great with shock of chain driving. ⒌This machine adopts dense rib type screen which improves the disadvantage that it can not work well because of the sticking sand, therefore resistance to abrasion is enhanced and service life of roller is prolonged. ⒍Pore plate roller 13 is inlaid style, roller 15 can be drawn out from the right end with convenient maintenance and short repairing period. ⒎Screen discharging place14 under the pore plate roller is rectangle open type, fit for well discharging damp type used sand without blocking. ⒏Driving wheel 10 is closer to center line than idler roller with great positive pressure, the driving is stable. ⒐Related equipment for feeding and discharging place is integrated, it can be used after being matched with elephant trunk with stable application and convenient installation. ⒑Dust catching hole is set on the top which can be directly connected with ventilation system for sand treatment to lower dust of used sand and enhance quality of moulding sand.
V Installation and Maintenance ⒈Foundation bolt or spacer of adjustable dissect type bearing seat 9 make the four supporting rollers 12 be closely connected with channel of roller 15. ⒉Rubber airproofing 2 is connected closely with pore plate roller 13 and grating 4 to assure dust catching effect. ⒊Regulate speed reducer 18 coupling door and driving roller 10 to make sure that the lateral misalignment is less than 0.3mm ⒋Circumvolve direction of roller is showed in the upper drawing in the right ⒌Planet-cycloid pin gear speed reducer 18 should be cleaned and changed oil periodically, grease should be added into bisect bearing seat 9 with grease cup with revolved cover periodically. ⒍Accumulated sand in the hull should be cleaned for every stop after inspection door 5 is opened. ⒎Supporting roller 12: it can be dismantled to be repaired if the surface of roller is abraded, or channel of rollers is abraded unequally, or there is sunken hole, make sure that the two roller channels should have same diameter and be coaxial, outer diameter of the pair supporting rollers of every driving roller should be similar. |
